1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 3lj Casino ("3lj," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 3lj.club.
By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the 3lj platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all users of the 3lj platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 3lj.
3lj reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
Access to and use of the 3lj Casino platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. 3lj enforces this requirement strictly and without exception.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted at the time of play.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 3lj Casino or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game providers.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 3lj or by any regulatory authority including PAGCOR.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Age Verification: 3lj conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. If age verification reveals that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned at 3lj's sole discretion after deducting any applicable administrative costs.
By registering on 3lj, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full features of the 3lj platform, you must register for a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One account per player. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 3lj platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
- Accurate information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
- Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 3lj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA). 3lj strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account. Once enabled, a one-time verification code will be required at each login in addition to your password.
- Notification of unauthorized access. You must notify 3lj immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting our support team via live chat.
3lj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 3lj platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. 3lj does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
- Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
- Withdrawal processing. Withdrawals are processed subject to successful KYC verification. E-wallet withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
- Withdrawal to same method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 3lj reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Transaction limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. These limits may be adjusted for responsible gaming purposes upon player request.
- Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your winnings under Philippine law. 3lj does not provide tax advice.
Note: 3lj does not accept or process payments in cryptocurrency of any kind. Any attempt to deposit using cryptocurrency will be rejected and the funds returned where technically possible.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
3lj offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:
- Wagering requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 3lj reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain jurisdictions or to players who have previously abused promotional offers.
- One bonus at a time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in bonus cancellation.
- Bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in coordinated betting patterns — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
- Expiry. Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
- Modification and withdrawal. 3lj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 3lj platform are governed by the following general gameplay rules:
- Random Number Generators (RNG). All non-live games on 3lj use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. 3lj does not manipulate game outcomes.
- Live dealer games. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
- Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game, 3lj reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 3lj's decision in such matters is final.
- Bet limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 3lj reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
- Disconnection policy. If you are disconnected during a game, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. 3lj is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3lj platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate
game outcomes or exploit any vulnerability in the platform's software.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the 3lj platform.
- Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 3lj platform, software, or games.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3lj staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
- Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
8. Responsible Gaming
3lj is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
- Deposit limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account settings. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time limits. Players may set session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
- Self-exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to our support team and take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be created.
- Reality checks. Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing their session duration and net gaming activity.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 3lj platform — including but not limited to the 3lj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3lj Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3lj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 3lj platform without prior written consent from 3lj.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
3lj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 3lj platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3lj implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 3lj cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
3lj will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required for the operation of the platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) or as required by law or regulatory authority.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3lj Casino, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 3lj platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Any reliance on information or content published on the 3lj platform.
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
The 3lj platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, 3lj's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Suspension & Termination
3lj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Conduct that 3lj reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
Upon account closure for cause, 3lj reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.
Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 3lj support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 3lj platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
3lj operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by 3lj may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
14. Amendments to These Terms
3lj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3lj will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 3lj.club/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the 3lj platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
